Hourly and Ongoing: One hour private sessions with me via video chat or phone call* during which I listen and offer perspective and suggestions regarding your current situation on an ongoing basis. I will offer insight into your personality type and attachment style, affirmations regarding your nature, reflections to help you process your thoughts and action steps to move you forward.
