Drinking teaAre you going through a transition or major change in your life that feels overwhelming?

When was the last time you felt truly alive? Has it been too long?

Are you a sensitive person and/or an introvert and would like to know more about your gifts?

Do you want more energy to be able to keep up with your job, kids, partner?

Do you feel misunderstood and undervalued within your family, at school, or at work?

Do you need help sorting through your emotions so you can focus on moving forward?

We all go through transitions and challenges in life.

Often we need a catalyst or intimate friend to spur us on to self-knowledge and growth.

We need to give ourselves a place to be vulnerable and real. It must be a safe, encouraging space, where our authenticity is valued.

A neutral, nurturing coach is ideal for working through fears and gaining confidence. I can offer you that.

I can help you develop as an individual.

I particularly enjoy helping clients build respectful loving relationships.

I focus on meeting you where you are now in your life and moving forward.

Five years of writing and guiding on space2live, training as a family mediator and certification as a Myers-Briggs  practitioner, have all brought me to this perfect point where I can help you:
