El Usuario se compromete a utilizar la Web, los contenidos y servicios de conformidad con lalegalidad vigente y el presente Aviso Legal.Del mismo modo, el Usuario se obliga a no utilizar la Web o los servicios que se presten a travs deella con fines o efectos ilcitos o contrarios al contenido del presente Aviso Legal, lesivos de losintereses o derechos de terceros, o que de cualquier forma puedan daar, inutilizar o deteriorar laWeb o sus servicios, o impedir un normal disfrute de la Web por otros Usuarios.Asimismo, el Usuario se compromete expresamente a no destruir, alterar, inutilizar o, de cualquierotra forma, daar los datos, programas o documentos electrnicos y dems que se encuentren en lapresente Web.El Usuario se compromete a no obstaculizar el acceso de otros Usuarios al servicio de accesomediante el consumo masivo de los recursos informticos a travs de los cuales el titular de la Webpresta el servicio, as como a no realizar acciones que daen, interrumpan o generen errores endichos sistemas.El Usuario se compromete a no introducir programas, virus, macros, applets, controles ActiveX ocualquier otro dispositivo lgico o secuencia de caracteres que causen o sean susceptibles de causarcualquier tipo de alteracin en los sistemas informticos del titular de la Web o de terceros.El Usuario es responsable de la adecuada custodia y confidencialidad de cualesquiera identificadoresy/o contraseas que le sean suministradas por la Web, y se compromete a no ceder su uso aterceros, ya sea temporal o permanente, ni a permitir su acceso a personas ajenas.Ser responsabilidad del Usuario la utilizacin ilcita de los servicios por cualquier tercero ilegtimoque emplee a tal efecto una contrasea a causa de una utilizacin no diligente o de la prdida de lamisma por el Usuario.En virtud de lo anterior, es obligacin del Usuario notificar de forma inmediata a los gestores de laWeb, cualquier hecho que permita el uso indebido de los identificadores y/o contraseas, tales comoel robo, extravo, o el acceso no autorizado a los mismos, con el fin de proceder a su inmediatacancelacin.Mientras no se comuniquen tales hechos, DUNE BUGGY, S.L.
